
I also like the fact that it averages how much sleep you're getting each night. A handy little reference tool! And as for feeling more rested... I totally do! It has been way easier for me to wake up the past couple of mornings, which is a true accomplishment for someone like me who has never been able to wake up on time.
Anyways, if you have an iPhone, I would definitely recommend it! Oh, and I'll be sharing my sleep cycles from time to time via Twitter if you'd like to see some a glimpse of the ridiculous hours at which I typically go to sleep!

So this is the app you've been ranting and raving about lately. Maybe when I come see you in just six days I'll check it out and maybe then I'll spend the big bucks to make the purchase :)
I have this app too and I love it!! I'm impressed with your chart. Mine does not even look like that - it's like up and down all over the place with 4-5 hours of sleep. I don't even remember the last time I really went to bed at 11PM!
